Customer Support Specialist

This position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts through all stages of the order lifecycle, including customer communication, order entry, shipment coordination, invoicing, and follow-up. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales activity, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness, and properly coordinating with warehouse and production teams.
