HR Specialist/HRIS

Tremco is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the Human Resources team on a full-time, permanent basis. The incumbent will be a member of the HR Shared Services team and will provide technical support to the Human Resources department related to HR systems . This includes maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines; providing technical support to Human Resources as well as employees and managers.

The role is mostly remote, but the incumbent will be required to visit our office in mid-town Toronto approximately once a month.
