KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Be in charge of the entire restaurant service sequence, in liaison with the kitchen: from reception to order-taking to customer departure. Greet and inform customers, Present products and encourage sales. Perform clerical and mathematical operations (order forms, additions, etc.).
