Watch Engineer

Responsibilities - Operate chiller plant consisting of (3) 450 ton centrifugal chillers - Maintain all mechanical systems as required to ensure proper operation for cooling and heating - Experienced in the overall installation and repair of package units and split systems - Assist the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer in maintenance and upkeep of the NYSE cooling plant, primarily regarding the HVAC and plumbing systems - Maintain a consistent flow rate of the chilled and condenser water supply throughout the facilities - Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, such as bathroom calls, hot and cold calls - Must be a self-starter, eager to learn, and a well-rounded team player - Must be flexible to work...
