Director, Product Management

As a Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategy and execution for a portfolio of products dedicated to accelerating the Flexer supply journey. In this role, you will oversee the Supply service group, owning the jobseeker experience within the Indeed Flex ecosystem to drive compounding, measurable improvements in user acquisition, activation, and retention of Flexers. This scope is specifically focused on Indeed Flex’s worker <supply.You> will operate as a true Player/Coach, comfortably managing approximately 4 PMs and UX Designers while remaining deeply involved.
