The Legal Analyst- Contracts help draft, negotiate, and manage client agreements that support Indeed's business engagements with public sector clients. This role partners closely with Sales, Public Sector Strategy, HR, Compliance, Finance, and cross-functional teams to review contract terms, ensure compliance with government procurement requirements, and enable efficient deal execution while mitigating risk.This person manages requests and contract lifecycles from intake through advice and/or execution, drafts and negotiates customer agreements (including government contracts subject to FAR/DFARS requirements), and maintains contract management systems.
