Lead Paralegal, Corporate Governance (Austin Remote)

You'll be the primary point of ownership for Indeed's global corporate governance function, and you’ll manage legal entity compliance and corporate governance for a global portfolio of Indeed entities. You'll maintain the accuracy of our entity records, coordinate board and shareholder approvals across multiple jurisdictions, route governance documents such as minutes, resolutions, and consents, and manage signature, delegation-of-authority, and filing processes. You'll be the first point of contact for governance questions coming through the Corporate Governance queue.
