The Player’s Club Representative (Rep) is an Excellence in Guest Service ambassador for JRCR. The mission, responsibilities and accountability of the Player’s Club Rep pertain to professionalism, positive/friendly interaction and compatibility with external/internal guests at all times. Competency in relation to verbal and non-verbal communication skills is mandatory in this highly visible position. The Player’s Club Rep maintains the highest level of propriety in relation to company and department standards.
