PART TIME-SERVICE MAINTENANCE WORKER

This is service maintenance work in performing unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor tasks in building maintenance. The work consist of upkeep and repairs in and around the building structure. Work requires operation of lawn equipment , use of plumbing tools, electric tools , and supervising inmate work crews. Contacts require courtesy , tact , and effectiveness in dealing with others to request or provide information, ask questions or obtain clarification. Work is performed following specific instructions and established routines.
