Adolescent Center for Treatment (ACT) Program Manager (Manager IV)

Job duties include: - Provides clinical supervision of ACT clinical staff; monitors staff adherence to documentation including quality and timeliness of services, treatment plans, service provision and reports; evaluates client access, engagement and retention rates; oversees contract staff and identifies facility improvement needs; works with stakeholders to facilitate client admissions and promote the program. - Reviews and updates protocols and procedures, manages outcome measures and assist with grant reports.
