Transportation Manager

The Transportation Manager is responsible for the hiring, supervision and leadership of Corrections Transportation Officers. This position also oversees the maintenance of all department vehicles ensuring they are kept in good repair at all four department locations. In addition, the Transportation Manager determines when vehicles should be retired from the fleet and replaced with new vehicles. Our population consists of high-risk offenders in need of substance abuse treatment, mental health services, employment/technical skills, education, and basic life skills. Our overriding objective is to establish a stable foundation for re-entry back into the community.
