RUN Software Engineer

#GreatWorkIsNotAMyth About the role of Software engineer for RUN team: Performs E2E implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for an agile development of software solutions in a diverse context with regard to business domains, technological environments and cooperation models Responsibilities: Realize various and multiple software engineering activities with regards to business requirements, functional design, technical design, development, application integration, package configuration, testing, deployment and other software related development activities Maintain, monitor and manage systems and applications with extra attention for performance, quality and security Document and build permanently personal knowledge of software solutions and methodologies/frameworks for software design and development via longlife learning Contribute actively to the learning organization via communities of practice, metoring, sharing sessions Follow market evolutions within the assigned applications, solutions and software frameworks (including their interfaces) and advice in function of new developments Requirements: Intermediate knowledge of PYTHON and JAVA High Technology Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace Software Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing; ability to apply appropriate processes, tools, and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems Information Technology Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery Application Security: Knowledge of the tools and processes for maintaining application security Systems Software Infrastructure: Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems, database management systems, communications protocols, compilers and other development tools 3 things you’ll love about KBC Global Services: #1 Work-life balance for real.
