Lead the daily operations of the Purchasing Department with vendor and trade partner negotiations to driving profitability, efficiency, and quality across our homebuilding projects. You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams and Corporate Purchasing to ensure high-quality outcomes, while mentoring a team of purchasing professionals.
