As a key member of the senior executive team, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) provides strategic leadership, direction, and coordination for divisional operations, aligning them with the organization’s mission and objectives. The CMO acts as the senior medical authority at KH sites, serving as a vital liaison between Administration and the Medical Staff.
