We are recruiting a professional to join our M&A Tax Team in Bologna , who will be involved in: Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.); Corporate restructuring; Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS); National and international tax opinions; Applications for tax rulings; Preparation of corporate income tax returns ( Modello Unico and Modello IRAP ). Requirements To be our ideal candidate, you must: Up to 2 years of professional experience at International Law Firms (Big Four or Advisory Firms); Master’s Degree in Economics or Law, with a final grade of more than 100/110; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Excellent knowledge of the Office suite. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills; Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability; Flexibility and dynamism. Desired Characteristics Master's degree in Tax Law.
