CLUSTER HYGIENE MANAGER - REGENT PHU QUOC & INTERCONTINENTAL PHU QUOC

As the Cluster Hygiene Manager, you will lead and oversee all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health compliance programs across the cluster hotels. You are responsible for ensuring that all operations comply with IHG brand standards, local regulations, and international food safety requirements while fostering a culture of food safety excellence.

Working closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, and People & Culture teams, you will provide guidance, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement to protect our guests, colleagues, and brand reputation.
