Real Estate Loan Servicer-Hybrid

The Real Estate (RE) Loan Servicer is responsible for daily cash management activities, including processing exceptions, initiating and submitting wire transfers, and ensuring accurate fund disbursements. This role prepares reconveyances following loan payoffs and manages reconveyance processing for monthly paid-in-full mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit. The Real Estate Loan Servicer also audits the legal file and maintains all collateral and legal documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.
