Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital team. This role will be responsible for providing operational support to various functions and practice groups within firm offices, as well as serving as a point of contact for all human resources questions, including but not limited to Paid Time Off (PTO), timekeeping system application, benefits eligibility, leave eligibility, accommodation requests, and recruiting, while facilitating connections with appropriate functional departments and providing updates to the HR Manager and team members as needed.
