The Handwork Operator – ZnSe Polishing is responsible for performing precision manual polishing and finishing of Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) optical components in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The role involves operating polishing equipment, conducting visual and dimensional inspections, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring products meet customer requirements. The operator works closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and achieve manufacturing objectives.
