Job Short Description: Perform routine ESD inspections and audits at production areas.
Monitor compliance with ESD control procedures and standards.
Verify proper usage of ESD protective equipment by operators and technicians.
Identify and report ESD non-conformance issues.
Conduct ESD workstation verification and validation
Perform ionizer preventive maintenance and conduct verification.
Support ESD qualification activities for new production areas and equipment.
Maintain ESD inspections record.
Support internal and external ESD audits.
Assist engineers in troubleshooting ESD issues.
