About The Role

As a Production Installer at Model 1, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing new commercial vehicles to life and supporting our mission of Service with Purpose. Every day, you’ll help prepare brand-new commercial vehicles, such as service vans, utility trucks, shuttle buses, and other fleet vehicles that serve schools, businesses, and communities nationwide. You’ll rotate through essential production tasks—including inspections, basic component installations, detailing, and quality assurance —to ensure every vehicle is ready for service.
