Learning Business Partner - Clinics ROI & Forms Exchange

Under the direction of the Director of Learning Solutions & Delivery, the Learning Business Partner (LBP) will directly support the MRO Clinics ROI AND Forms Exchange lines of business leaders and other stakeholders to design, deliver, and identify learning and training initiatives. This role will design and develop comprehensive talent development programs, including onboarding, soft skills, technical skills training, and continuous learning initiatives.
