Production Supervisor (Beaver Dam)

Metalcraft of Mayville - Beaver Dam has an opening for a 1st shift Production Supervisor in our Assembly department. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Assembly production personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role plans, coordinates, trains, and motivates employees to consistently deliver exceptional products that meet customer expectations.
