Employee Relations Specialist

The Job in a Nutshell: The Human Resources Business Partner will provide full HR cycle employee relations guidance to managers, employees, and HR team. This position will partner with Regional and Store Managers within various states and drive the roll out of new HR related initiatives and policies, provide advisement regarding performance related issues, and provide guidance and coaching on all HR related matters.
