About The Role
Job Short Description
Assist engineering teams in sustaining and optimizing daily manufacturing processes by conducting DOE studies, collecting and analyzing production data, performing SPC validation, and supporting basic machine troubleshooting. Monitor product quality through daily reject verification, train operators on proper machine operation and parts handling, and contribute to platform development and automation initiatives for new product introduction (NPI) projects.
