Skills Coaches - PD

The Skills Coach works on strengthening a client's skills through a peer to peer approach. The skills coach supports emerging adults with living productive and independent lives by building mastery on skills needed for independent living. The skills coach works with young people one-on-one and in groups and additonally provides case management Engages young people in skills training activities to help teach concrete life skills at least once per week to support with independence and support in a decrease in criminogenic and other maladaptive behaviors.
