Job purpose As the E-Commerce Intern at Viktor&Rolf, you will support the team ensuring seamless operation and optimization of <viktor-rolf.com>. Working closely with the E-Commerce team you will assist in planning and executing the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and online marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth through effective collection management, content creation, and website maintenance. Duties and responsibilities • Assist in preparing for the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and Farfetch. • Assist in content creation for digital marketing ads, sale seasons, and ad hoc requests. • Assist with CRM activities including seasonal campaigns and weekly send-outs • Assist in daily E-Commerce Operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service. • Handle sample management for seasonal shoots with Farfetch. • Contribute to campaign execution strategy and implementation. • Perform regular quality checks, ensuring the website showcases relevant products and up-to-date content. • Flexibly handle ad hoc requests from various team members, encompassing tasks related to website updates, customer inquiries, and e-commerce initiatives. Qualifications • First experience with e-commerce is a plus. • Experience with Photoshop or Canvas is a plus. • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus. • Skilled in Microsoft Excel. • Eye for detail and works to a high level of accuracy. • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members. • Pro-active and hands-on with an eagerness to develop and learn. • Fluency in English is required. • Applicants must reside in the Netherlands. Contract conditions • The internship is paid. • 24 hours from Tuesday-Thursday. #VR
