The HR Generalist at Oak View Group will have a broad scope of responsibilities, from new account hiring and recruiting support, employee benefits and compensation communication, labor law and regulation compliance, and other duties as assigned. This position will support the OVG People Operations team in all aspects of administrative and strategic HR functions, working closely with the Business Partner team to focus on proactive employee relations and field support for venues in need of HR assistance. Works closely with other departments in the People and Culture department and throughout OVG. This role pays an annual salary of $72,000-$78,000 CAD.
