Production Planner (Pump)

Job Summary

• Provides weekly load plan to Production
• Checks Customer PO/backlog and provide ship date commit in consideration of material availability and deliveries, production capacity, and CT
• Generates PR per requirements comprehending the supplier's commit and/or LT
• Monitors material deliveries and conduct follow-up as needed
• Creates Work Order per customer requirements and available materials
• Provide data for Planning weekly report (OTD, CRD, FG outs, Shipment, critical materials)
• Creates shipment Pick List
• Performs rescheduling of backlog based on the new assessment of material availability, WIP position and CT
• Maintains material weeks of inventory target (WOI) and weekly running forecast (WRF)
• Leads/guides Asst. Planner
• Perform other Planning related job that may be assigned
