Job Summary

• Directs and oversee the operations of process engineering TEC assembly

• factories to maintain the yield, improve the scrap rate, develop and document new
• methods, equipment and processes that are improvements to Thermal Electric
• Cooler capability.

• This position will set up process template and platform and coordinate with the

• relates department to transfer a new product/ process into a high-volume
• production.

• Provide technical expertise in the field of assembly process for technical problem

solving, process troubleshooting and new part or vendor qualification.
