Director Corporate Security, EMEA

Our Corporate Security organization protects Coherent’s people, revenue, and industry-leading photonics innovation by building organizational resilience, facilitating risk-based decision-making, and reinforcing an environment of trust.

This role supports the design and delivery of physical security and resilience programs across the Coherent’s EMEA footprint—and will play a key part in driving global program scale up to bring consistency and value add at an enterprise level.

This is a chance to build and drive implementation of net new programs, shape company-wide initiatives, and act as SME and strategic partner to business group leadership—while making a measurable impact on our people and culture.
