About The Role

Responsible for production output, productivity, quality issue and expense control. Improvement of manufacturing operations in the Silicon Carbide/ MMC production.
Focus on department projects towards cost savings, quality improvement, and capacity/capability expansion.
Provide technical assistance to companywide departments as well as to CCI/ transfer projects. Provide technical expertise in the field of machining and manufacturing such as Milling, EDM, Grinding, CNC machining operation for technical problem solving, process troubleshooting and new part or vendor qualification for supplies and raw materials.
Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls by participating in Six-sigma, Kaizen, FMEA, and yield enhancement activities.
