Senior Engagement and Interface Lead - North Geography

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the Community Engagement Strategy and Interface Management across a complex geographical area, providing direction to multiple teams, giving advice and counsel to senior staff acting as the front face of the project with high profile, senior external stakeholders, across defined geographic areas, including quality assurance of engagement work of multiple delivery teams (Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure quality and consistency.

The role will need to create a one team approach to working with multiple contractors, joining up communication and engagement across complex works and a wide geography.

The role will manage the staff operating within the IPTs, coordinating across the geography and providing guidance to the delivery teams (IPTs) to support and coordinate the local plans across defined geographies.
