About The Role

The Technology Manager (Architecture) leads architecture, technology strategy, and delivery for the County of San Diego (CoSD). This role manages a team of architects and subject matter experts, working directly with the chief technology and security officers to drive enterprise architecture strategy and security alignment. This role requires an architecture leader with hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, AI/automation, and large-scale technology modernization.
