ATHENS, GA Sign-on Bonus Available $ Weekend Option Nights 7pm-7am Gen Surg-Trauma Dept. The surgery unit has 29 beds. Our dynamic patient population includes surgical, trauma and a variety of medical patients. Our surgeries typically involve the neck to the gut. This population includes GI surgeries such as colon resections, small bowel resections, cholecystectomies and appendectomies.
