The Universal Banker with PlainsCapital bank is a cross-trained retail banking professional, providing both new accounts and teller services. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of products and available services and performs a variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, assisting with account inquiries and cash handling duties. The Universal Banker has a passion for meeting and building rapport with new clients and a desire to provide the one-on-one attention our customers expect. A versatile, team-player, the Universal Banker is able to work with minimal direct supervision and may mentor other members of the retail banking team on concepts related to cross-selling bank products and services and deepening customer relationships.
