Registered Nurse Trauma Specialist- FT Nights

The RNTS will work with the Trauma Program Director and the Trauma Medical Director to improve the continuity of trauma patient care throughout their hospital course. The RNTS works in collaboration with the trauma team, data analysts, department leaders, staff and patients to develop and support the trauma program's performance improvement initiatives. The RNTS also assumes responsibility and accountability for the management of resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for each patient including support for interdisciplinary and cross facility collaboration.
