Who we are Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. Your role and key responsibilities Assist with day-to-day tasks within the welding team of A-sample line Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports Support ongoing projects and contribute ideas during team meetings Help create and maintain documentation, presentations, or process materials Collaborate with team members across functions What you bring to the team Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies in the field of Engineering or related fields First experience in welding technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good organizational skills and attention to detail Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude What makes you stand out German language skills beneficial Ability to work with cross-functional teams What to look forward to Diverse work environment with strong team-spirit Project ownership through which you can actively take part in shaping the future of e-mobility Health and wellness programs Regular social events Corporate Benefits
