MDS Nurse

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our RAI/MDS team. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. This position will be primarily day shift hours (flexible if it still meets business needs), completed during a M-F work week (no weekends). No on-call requirement and job duties do not extend outside of MDS will support designated sites in this role, but are able to office at a PHS location convenient to you (provided there is office space available at that location).
