About The Role

Perform wound assessments, ongoing wound care, and wound debridement (sharp debridement required). • Manage acute and chronic wounds in collaboration with the General Surgery team. • Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning. • Provide pre- and post-operative surgical care, including follow-up visits and patient education. • Document all care in the EMR in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. • Coordinate care across both clinical sites, ensuring consistent communication with the surgical team. • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and ancillary services to optimize patient...
