Lead daily operations for the Med/Surg and Telemetry units. - Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. - Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and departmental resources. - Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff. - Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives. - Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and federal regulations.
