About The Role

Interviews the patient or his/her representative to obtain identifying and basic demographics to prep for upcoming visits - Schedules patients in their clinic and assists with scheduling them in others - Verifies insurance coverage, collects co-pays and prior balances from patients, reconciles and prepares deposits, and troubleshoots billing issues - Greets and checks in patients andles all incoming phone calls and routes to appropriate staff or initiates messages -
