Property Tax Clerk

Great introductory opportunity to learn real estate and property taxes! Research real estate and personal property records nationwide. Process and scan property tax bills, assessment notices and correspondence to be imported to databases. Assist in keeping databases updated (requires continuous data entry) and maintain working files in order. Helps maintain various reports such as insurance and property ownership/leases/assessments. Interact with various internal departments and consultants. Eager to learn and ability to multitask. Works well independently and in a team environment. Reviews and verifies documents for completion, accuracy and validity of information. Assist with special projects.
