Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations

The Human Resources Business Partner manages and resolves employee relations issues and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Provides support to leadership and employees to resolve employee relations issues. Provides coaching and counseling to leadership in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances. Supports leadership in workforce reduction efforts by gathering relevant data, preparing analytical reports, and obtaining internal approvals.
