In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT/RCP I may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing operations during their shift. - Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders - Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management - Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis - Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments - Implement patient-specific care plans - Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately - Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor - Respond to critical care situations and emergencies - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
