About The Role

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible in the following

  • Assist in the preparation of reporting materials, including results /board slides, ESG related benchmarking submissions, annual report, valuation, asset audits
  • Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, including competitor benchmarking and impact / scenario analysis including ways to optimise portfolio / asset performances
  • Support and assist in research, development and implementation of value creation projects
  • Support with ESG and sustainability initiatives
  • Assist with database model / tracker updates
  • Assist in developing content for investor communications, including annual report, results materials and other publications
  • Organise and/or facilitate planning of investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and results briefings
  • Monitor and summarise analyst/industry/competitor/news reports to keep management abreast of latest developments
  • Support initiatives to enhance investor relations processes

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain a broad understanding of Keppel DC REIT’s business model, portfolio, and strategic priorities
  • Gaining insights and exposure on how data centres are operated and managed
  • Participating in the portfolio considerations in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio
  • Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset management teams
  • Understand how SGX-listed entities engage with the investment community and manage investor relations matters
  • Understand how investor relations activities and publications are tailored to build and sustain investor interests

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • (1) Self starter and motivated to learn
  • (2) Quick in grasping concepts and initiative to think of how to improve tasks / bring a fresh perspective to tasks assigned
  • (3) Good in microsoft word, especially excel and powerpoint
  • (4) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • (5) Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and a proactive team player
