Patient Access Representative - Per Diem

This is a Per Diem position. This is position will be located in the Emergency Department working closely with clinical teams and includes Unit Secretary duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arrange for the efficient and orderly registration of patients. To coordinate and maintain the flow of patient’s, patient information and communications.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE

Medical Terminology

• Data entry
• Multi-key phone
• Verbal / written communication skills

Organized

Independent

• 2 years working with people
• Able to work in a stressful/fast paced environment
• This is a bargaining union position.
