Service Maintenance Technician

What You'll Be Doing: The Service Maintenance Technician in the department of Administrative Operations helps keep building systems and equipment running smoothly by performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. This includes work in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, plastering, and locksmithing. The role involves responding to work orders, troubleshooting problems, and assisting with repairs as needed. The position requires hands-on work, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a willingness to learn and assist across multiple trades to keep operations running efficiently. This position represents a dual-level posting and will be filled as Service Maintenance Technician (S1) or Service Maintenance Technician (S2).
