Regional Safety Manager - Civil & Foundations

PAR Electrical Contractors LLC is seeking a seasoned Regional Safety Manager (Civil & Foundation Division) to lead safety efforts across multiple project sites within a defined region. This person will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs, policies, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of safety excellence. As part of PAR’s leadership team, you will work closely with operations, project management, clients, and subcontractors to reduce risk, prevent incidents, and ensure that every job is completed safely.
