As Director of Engineering for Buildium, a RealPage company, you won't just maintain systems you'll shape the next generation of core solutions and services that power how property managers run their businesses. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you'll lead multiple engineering teams building mission-critical systems for Buildium's core platform, including our AI-driven capabilities. You'll partner closely with Product, UX, and QA to raise the bar on execution, quality, and team effectiveness while delivering scalable, intelligent solutions at enterprise scale.
